Short answer
What is Wolverine Stack?
The Wolverine Stack is a single lyophilised vial that holds two research compounds: BPC-157 and TB-500. The amount of each compound in the vial is reported on its batch certificate.
What is in each Wolverine Stack vial?
| STRENGTH | FORM | PRICE | CERTIFICATE |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10mg | Lyophilised powder | A$85 | Pending |
Which compounds are in Wolverine Stack?
| COMPOUND | CLASS | AUSTRALIA | WADA 2026 |
|---|---|---|---|
| BPC-157 | Synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide described as a fragment of a gastric juice protein (BPC) | Schedule 4 | S0 |
| TB-500 | Synthetic N-acetylated heptapeptide (Ac-LKKTETQ) matching residues 17-23 of mature thymosin beta-4 | Schedule 4 | S2.3 |
Does Wolverine Stack cost less than buying each compound?
The Wolverine Stack vial is A$85. The smallest vial of each component bought separately totals A$179. The amount of each compound in the blend is on its certificate [pending], so compare the price per milligram once it is published.
| BOUGHT SEPARATELY | STRENGTH | PRICE |
|---|---|---|
| BPC-157 | 5mg | A$81 |
| TB-500 | 10mg | A$98 |
| Total | A$179 | |
| Wolverine Stack vial | 10mg | A$85 |
What has research on Wolverine Stack examined?
No published study of the Wolverine Stack blend was found. The research below covers each component on its own.
BPC-157: Most published work on BPC-157 comes from rodent models and cell culture (for example tendon, gastrointestinal and vascular injury models), much of it from a single research group. Human data are limited to small uncontrolled pilot reports (e.g. a 2-participant intravenous safety pilot); a PubMed search found no records indexed as controlled clinical trials. TB-500: TB-500 has been examined mainly in analytical and anti-doping studies and in rodent and in vitro work (e.g. metabolite profiling in rats, rat Achilles tendon models). Controlled human trials identified on PubMed concern full-length thymosin beta-4 (a 43-residue protein, e.g. a phase I intravenous study in healthy volunteers and phase II wound and dry-eye trials). None tested the TB-500 fragment.
What adverse events have studies of Wolverine Stack reported?
BPC-157: Human data are limited to two small uncontrolled pilot reports: intravenous infusion in 2 adults, and a single bladder-wall injection in 12 women with interstitial cystitis. Both reported no side effects or adverse events (PMID 40131143, 39325560). No controlled human trials were found. TB-500: No study of the TB-500 fragment (Ac-LKKTETQ) reporting adverse events in humans was found. Trials of full-length thymosin beta-4, a different 43-residue molecule, reported infrequent mild-to-moderate adverse events with IV dosing in 40 healthy volunteers (PMID 20536472) and no adverse events with 0.1% eye drops in dry eye (PMID 26056426).
These findings describe the people or animals in each study. The sources list gives every PubMed record.
How do you reconstitute and store Wolverine Stack?
Store the sealed vial frozen (about -20 degrees Celsius), dry and away from light until it is reconstituted.
After reconstitution with a sterile solvent, keep the solution at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius and avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Record the solvent, volume and date on the vial label.
BAC Water is the usual laboratory solvent. Dilute acetic acid is an alternative for peptides that dissolve poorly in water. The reconstitution guide and storage guide cover laboratory handling.
| STATE | TEMPERATURE | NOTES |
|---|---|---|
| Sealed vial | -20 °C | Dry and dark. Keeps to the label date. |
| Reconstituted | 2 to 8 °C | Sterile technique. Avoid repeat freeze and thaw. |
| In transit | Cold pack | Refrigerate or freeze on arrival. |
Is Wolverine Stack legal to buy in Australia?
BPC-157 is listed in Schedule 4 of the Poisons Standard (prescription only). It is also listed in Appendix D clause 5, which makes possession without authority an offence. Source: the June 2026 Poisons Standard instrument (F2026L00633).
TB-500 has its own Schedule 4 entry in the Poisons Standard, and thymosin beta-4 has a separate one. Both are listed in Appendix D clause 5, which makes possession without authority an offence. Source: the June 2026 Poisons Standard instrument (F2026L00633).
WADA's 2026 Prohibited List prohibits BPC-157 at all times, under class S0.
WADA's 2026 Prohibited List prohibits TB-500 at all times, under class S2.3.
