Questions about ordering research peptides
Short answer
Ordering
Do I need an account to order?
[Account policy from Nico, once checkout is connected.]
Can I change an order after paying?
Contact us before dispatch and we will change the order if it has not yet been packed. [Policy from Nico.]
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Contact us with the compounds and quantities you need. Bulk pricing is confirmed per enquiry.
Payment
Which payment methods do you take?
PayID and bank transfer are accepted. Checkout is awaiting the commerce connection; payment instructions will be provided when checkout is available.
Are prices in Australian dollars and do they include GST?
Every price is in Australian dollars. [GST treatment from Nico.]
Shipping
Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship tracked from Western Australia. Orders placed before [cut-off] leave the same business day. Delivery estimates for each state are on the shipping page.
How long does delivery take in each state?
[Delivery estimates by state from Nico.] The shipping page lists each state once the carrier confirms them.
Are orders tracked?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking. The tracking number arrives by email when the parcel leaves.
Do you ship with cold packs?
[Cold-pack policy from Nico.] Lyophilised powder tolerates short transit at room temperature. Refrigerate or freeze vials on arrival.
Do you ship outside Australia?
No. Peptides Collective ships within Australia only.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. Parcels travel in plain outer packaging with no product names on the outside.
Storage
How should I store vials on arrival?
Put sealed vials in the freezer (about -20 degrees Celsius), dry and dark, until you reconstitute them. Keep reconstituted solutions at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius.
How long does an unopened vial keep?
A sealed vial of lyophilised powder keeps to the date on its label when stored frozen, dry and dark.
How long does a reconstituted vial keep?
It depends on the peptide and the solvent. Keep reconstituted solutions at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius, avoid repeated freezing and thawing, and record the reconstitution date on the label.
Which solvent should I use?
BAC Water (sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol) is the usual laboratory solvent. Dilute acetic acid is the alternative for peptides that dissolve poorly in water. Each product page names the solvent for its compound.
Certificates
How do I find the certificate for my vial?
Search the batch number printed on your vial in the certificate library. The result shows the lab, method, purity and test date for that batch.
Which lab tests your batches?
[Lab name and accreditation from Nico.] The lab is named on every certificate.
What does HPLC purity mean?
HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) separates a sample into its components. Purity is the share of the detected material that is the target peptide, reported as a percentage of total peak area.
Why is a certificate pending?
A batch shows 'pending' while its lab report is in progress or before we publish it. Stock from a pending batch is held until the certificate is published.
Can I verify a certificate with the lab?
Yes. Each certificate names the lab and carries a report number. Contact the lab with the report number to confirm it issued the report.
Research use
What does research use only mean?
Research use only means a product is sold for laboratory and analytical research. It is not a medicine, it has not been assessed for human use and it is not for human or veterinary use. Every order accepts these terms.
Can I buy these for personal use?
No. Every product is sold for laboratory research use only. None is a medicine, and none is for human or veterinary use.
Are peptides legal in Australia?
Legal status depends on the compound. 13 of the 28 research compounds in this range are listed in Schedule 4 of the Poisons Standard (prescription only), counting tesamorelin under the group entry for growth hormone-releasing hormones. 7 are also listed in Appendix D clause 5, which makes possession without authority an offence. The rest are not named in the Poisons Standard. Each product page states its compound's status, and Peptides Collective sells every product for laboratory research use only.
What is a Schedule 4 medicine?
Schedule 4 of the Poisons Standard lists prescription-only medicines. Supplying or possessing them without authority is restricted by each state's law, and Appendix D clause 5 makes possession without authority an offence for the substances it lists.
Are peptides banned in sport?
Many are. The WADA 2026 Prohibited List bans growth hormone, its secretagogues and releasing factors, BPC-157, TB-500 and several others at all times. Each product page states its compound's WADA status.
