When you order: name, email, phone, delivery address and order details, handled through our commerce platform (GoHighLevel). When you subscribe: your email address. Your cart is stored only in your own browser until checkout.

To process and deliver orders, answer enquiries and, if you subscribe, send batch and restock emails. We do not sell personal information.

Website analytics
Cloudflare hosts the site and may keep standard request and security logs. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people view, what they add to the cart and when they order, enquire or subscribe. We use Microsoft Clarity to record sessions, clicks and scrolling across pages so we can improve the site. Both set cookies so a returning browser is recognised. Clarity masks form entries, so names, addresses and emails are not readable in recordings. When you order, enquire or subscribe, we link your Clarity sessions to your email address.
These services may receive page addresses, device and browser details, approximate location and how you interact with pages. Google and Microsoft may store this data outside Australia, including in the United States. Their privacy statements explain how they use it: Google and Microsoft.
We also record where your visit came from, such as a search engine, an ad or a link, and keep it with your order, enquiry or sign-up. You can switch Google Analytics and Clarity off for your browser with the control below.
Your rights
